Liqueurs & Bitters
This old type of spirit was created to make the originally pure and very hard distillates drinkable. They were diluted and refined with fruit juices, spices, herbs, honey and sugar.
Today, liqueurs and bitters are the largest growing genre of spirits in the beverage market. They come both pure and in cocktails in the glass. Usually they are produced on a large scale with alcohol that has no taste or smell - but in our distillery it's different.
We use our own distillates, which underline the fruity note in the fruit juice liqueurs and add a special note in other liqueurs, such as our whisky liqueurs.
This is exactly our recipe for our liqueurs.
