The flavor of sweet pears combined with the acidity and bitterness of a tonic water and the flavor and alcoholic enhancement of gin and Williams pear brandy make the Bionic Hoch2 a delightfully fruity aperitif.

Ingredients

  • 3 cl Triple Peak Gin yellow label
  • 3 cl Williams pear brandy
  • 3 cl pear liqueur
  • Pear wedge

Preparation

  1. Pour gin, Williams and pear liqueur into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Fill up with tonic.
  3. Garnish with thin pear wedges and a sprig of rosemary.
