Payment options

The following payment methods are generally available in our online shop:

Advance Payment / Bank Transfer
If you select advance payment or bank transfer as your payment method, we will provide you with our bank details during the ordering process and in a separate email. The goods will be shipped once payment has been received.

Credit Card
When placing your order, you enter your credit card details. Once you have been authenticated as the authorised cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged.

PayPal
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online payment provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal or register first, authenticate yourself using your login details and confirm the payment instruction to us. Once you have placed your order in our shop, we will request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will then be carried out automatically by PayPal. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Sofort via Klarna
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the website of the online payment provider Sofort GmbH. In order to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account enabled for online banking, authenticate yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. Further information will be provided during the ordering process. The payment transaction will then be carried out immediately by Sofort and your account will be debited.

Apple Pay
In order to pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the Safari browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, authenticate yourself using your login details and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after the order has been placed. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Purchase on Account via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer purchase on account as a payment option. Please note that Klarna Invoice is only available to consumers and that payment must always be made directly to Klarna. When purchasing on account via Klarna, you will receive the goods first and will have a payment period of 14 days. The complete terms and conditions for purchase on account can be found here.

Payment with a Gift Voucher
Vouchers purchased through our online shop (hereinafter referred to as “gift vouchers”) may be redeemed for goods in our online shop, unless otherwise stated on the voucher. If the value of the gift voucher is insufficient to cover the order total, one of the other payment methods offered by us may be used to pay the remaining amount. Gift vouchers and any remaining balance on gift vouchers may be redeemed until the end of the third year following the year in which the voucher was purchased. The balance of a gift voucher will neither be paid out in cash nor bear interest. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed before completion of the ordering process. Subsequent offsetting is not possible. Only one gift voucher may be redeemed per order. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers. The gift voucher is transferable. The seller may discharge its obligations by providing the relevant service to the respective holder who redeems the gift voucher in the seller’s online shop. This does not apply if the seller is aware, or is grossly negligent in being unaware, that the respective holder is not entitled to use the voucher, lacks legal capacity or lacks the necessary authority to represent another person.
