Gin
Gin is on everyone's lips. Brought to England by the Dutch, the national drink of the English has now become the world's most popular clear spirit and is produced all over the world.
The ingredients in a gin, called botanicals, are prepared as in the production of a spirit. Three botanicals are always present in a gin: juniper, the soul of gin, fennel seed and coriander seed. In addition, each of our four Triple Peak Gins is distinguished by three unique ingredients - true to the motto Three Times is Bremer's Right.
Due to the location of our distillery at the Port of Europa in Bremen, we have oriented ourselves in the creation of our gins to the history of this former general cargo port. Originally, mainly tea and coffee were handled here. While tea is added to our Triple Peak Yellow Label Earl Gray, we have added espresso beans from the highlands of Peru to our Triple Peak Brown Label. We get the botanicals from local manufactures, of course.
Our Triple Peak Pink Label is enriched with huge hibiscus blossoms, we get the flowers from a cooperation with the nursery Bartels from Delmenhorst. Last but not least, we would like to mention our Triple Peak Sloe Gin Blue Label, which is a sloe liqueur based on gin and which we affectionately call the "little sister of gin".
