Ingredients

  • 4.5 cl Gin Triple Peak Yellow Label
  • 1.5 cl Citrusgold - Limoncello
  • 1.5 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 dash of sugar cane syrup
  • Mineral water (optional)

Preparation

  1. fill a wine glass with ice cubes and divide the gin, limoncello and lemon juice between them. Add 1 dash of syrup to each.
  2. top up with mineral water and stir carefully.
  3. garnish with lemon peel.
