A sour is probably the most grateful drink of all. It consists of only three ingredients. The combination of aromatic alcohol, lemon and sugar is the prototype of an excellent drink. Our hazelnut spirit is also wonderful for creating a wintry sour.

Ingredients

  • 6 cl hazelnut spirit
  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • 3 cl sugar syrup

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in a shaker and add some ice.
  2. After shaking, strain into a glass with ice.
  3. Garnish with roasted hazelnut pieces.
