For this gin set we have chosen the DASTONIC Ambition tonic from Mistelhain.
The special feature of this tonic:
The ingredients (citrus, china bark, ....) are individually fresh macerated and then distilled (percolated) like a gin. The Ambition Tonic Water with it's fresh, more intense carbonation creates a wonderfully tangy mouthfeel. The distilled citrus flavors combine with the subtle bitterness of the Chinese bark distillate to create a balanced and harmonious companion to citrus-based gins, making it an excellent match for our Triple Peak Yellow Label with its bergamot notes of Earl Grey tea.
