Shipping & Delivery

Free delivery within Germany for orders with a value of €120 or more.
For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of €7.90 will be charged.

Unfortunately, collection of the goods in person is not possible. The delivery time is approximately 1 to 3 working days. The delivery period begins after receipt of the invoice. In the case of payment in advance, the period begins on the day after the payment instruction has been issued to the transferring bank; for other payment methods, it begins on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends at the end of the final day of the delivery period. If the final day of the delivery period falls on a Sunday or on a public holiday officially recognised at the place of delivery, the next working day (Monday to Saturday) shall take its place.
Goods will be delivered by shipment to the delivery address provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified during the seller's checkout process shall be binding.

If the shipping company returns the dispatched goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer shall bear the costs of the unsuccessful delivery. This does not apply if the customer validly exercises their right of withdrawal, if the customer is not responsible for the circumstances that made delivery impossible, or if the customer was temporarily prevented from accepting the delivery, unless the seller had notified the customer of the delivery a reasonable period in advance.

Birgitta Rust Piekfeine Brände e.K. is entitled to make partial deliveries, provided that this does not result in any significant disadvantage to the contractual partner. The rights arising from Section 320 of the German Civil Code (BGB) shall remain unaffected. In the case of business customers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods in a sale involving shipment shall pass to the buyer upon handover of the goods to the carrier.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the buyer shall bear the costs of returning the goods, provided that the goods delivered correspond to those ordered.
