    [herstellung] => Die frisch gerösteten Espressobohnen werden grob zerkleinert und in Neutralalkohol mazeriert, ebenso wie die frische Minze und der wacholderlastige Basis-Gin. Der Alkohol aus diesen Mazeraten wird nach einer bestimmten Einwirkzeit in einer kleinen 130 Liter-Feinbrandblase ganz langsam wieder herausdestilliert. Dann ist er nicht mehr neutral, sondern riecht und schmeckt intensiv nach Kaffee, Minze beziehungsweise Wacholder. Die Einzeldestillate werden dann unter zusätzlichem Einsatz unserer Haselnuss-Spirituose zusammen zu diesem außergewöhnlichen Blended Gin komponiert. Die Filterung der Einzeldestillate erfolgt über Aktivkohle. Bei der Abfüllung nutzen wir ausschließlich Wasser zum Herabsetzen und setzen keine Aromastoffe oder Zucker zu.

The alcohol from these macerations is slowly distilled again in a small 130-liter fine brandy still after a certain period of time. It is no longer neutral, but smells and tastes intensely of coffee, mint, or juniper. The individual distillates are then blended together using our hazelnut spirit, creating this exceptional blended gin. The individual distillates are filtered using activated carbon. We only use water for dilution during bottling and do not add any flavorings or sugar.

Production
