The finest espresso beans from the highlands of Peru give this dry gin an unmistakably strong yet subtle coffee aroma through their special roasting. This is perfectly rounded off by the hazelnut and peppermint: A refreshing change in the gin world!
In the nose, coffee dominates and is excellently accompanied by the other botanicals. On the palate, our Triple Peak brown label convinces with its exceptional taste of coffee and cocoa, paired with juniper and mint.
The freshly roasted espresso beans are roughly crushed and macerated in neutral alcohol, as well as the fresh mint and juniper-heavy base gin. The alcohol from these macerations is slowly distilled again in a small 130-liter fine brandy still after a certain period of time. It is no longer neutral, but smells and tastes intensely of coffee, mint, or juniper. The individual distillates are then blended together using our hazelnut spirit, creating this exceptional blended gin. The individual distillates are filtered using activated carbon. We only use water for dilution during bottling and do not add any flavorings or sugar.
