Ingredients

  • 3 cl Gin Triple Peak Blue label
  • 2 cl Gin Triple Peak yellow label
  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • 2 cl sugar syrup
  • Soda water

Preparation

  1. Pour Sloe Gin, gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup together with some ice into a shaker.
  2. Shake well, so that the cocktail gets good air - then strain into a highball glass.
  3. Add a little soda water.
  4. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
