Apricot Libre

The Whisky Sour is an absolute classic. But with the apricot brandy instead of the whiskey, it becomes a flavor explosion.


  • 5 cl apricot brandy (apricot)
  • 3 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cl sugar cane syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Basil


  1. Shake the apricot brandy well with lemon juice and sugar syrup and a few ice cubes in a shaker.
  2. Strain into a glass with a few ice cubes and decorate with basil.
