[serving-recommendation] => Pure, as sour, in other cocktails.
[sensory-description] => In the nose, a fresh sweetness, on the tongue the taste of pure peppermint.
[manufacturing] => Our "Bremer Brise" uses our tea spirit made from the "Babbeler-Tee" peppermint tea from the Martinshof's Bremer Werftküche. The Babbeler, which is jokingly referred to as the longest cough drop in the world in Bremen due to its peppermint content, was invented in 1886 by the Utbremer confectioner and candy maker Albert Friedrich Bruns. Building on this tradition, the Martinshof in Bremen created the Babbeler tea, whose fine taste of peppermint and anise is reminiscent of the Babbeler. The Babbeler tea is therefore a true Bremen specialty and makes our peppermint liqueur wonderfully refreshing.
