Rosalie Tonic is the lighter version of Rosalie Spritz. On the one hand, the tonic intensifies the bitter note, but on the other hand, it rounds off this long drink with its sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Rosalie
  • Tonic water
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange zest

Preparation

  1. Fill a large wine glass with enough ice cubes.
  2. Pour Rosalie and tonic into the glass, one after the other, and stir gently with a straw or spoon.
  3. Twirl an orange zest over the drink and add to it
