Sensory description
- In the nose, this liqueur offers the scent of baked plum and rum pot aromas. On the palate, you can look forward to the taste of ripe plum and rum pot.
Production
Fruit juice liqueurs are usually obtained by flavoring neutral alcohol, but we use our premium plum brandy instead. The fruit juice liqueur is made from plum juice concentrate, brandy, and sugar. A liqueur must contain at least 100 grams of sugar per liter. We work with this minimum required sugar content to capture the incomparable taste of nature and preserve the original flavor. By the way, our plum liqueur also pairs perfectly with our Bremer Bitter as a sweet component in our herbal liqueur Bremer Apotheke.
