In this cocktail, in addition to vodka and coffee liqueur, red port wine also enters the glass. A delicious mixture of different flavors that harmonize wonderfully together. Whipped cream gives the cocktail its white cap, the eponymous White Cap.

Ingredients

  • 3 cl 0421 Vodka
  • 1 cl coffee liqueur with single malt
  • 1 cl red port wine
  • Whipped cream

Preparation

  1. To begin, whip the cream with a hand mixer until semi-stiff and set aside.
  2. First, shake the vodka, coffee liqueur and the port in a shaker on ice until the drink reaches a pleasantly cold temperature.
  3. Then strain into a tumbler. Top with a dollop of fresh whipped cream.
