Probably known to many from the movie The Big Lebowski, this powerful cocktail with cream has become a real classic today.

Ingredients

2 cl 0421 vodka
3 cl Piekfeiner coffee liqueur with single malt
Cream

Preparation

To begin, whip the cream with a hand mixer until semi-stiff and set aside.
In a mixing glass, stir together the vodka and coffee liqueur with plenty of ice.
Then strain into a pre-chilled tumbler and carefully pour over the half-whipped cream.
