This sour focuses on the subtle flavors of hibiscus flowers.


  • 4 cl Gin Triple Peak yellow label
  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • 2 cl sugar syrup


  1. Pour Pink Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup together with some ice into a shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously so that the cocktail gets good air and then strain into a tumbler.
  3. Garnish with raspberries.
