Event: Aperetif
Recipe production: in the shaker
Level: easy
Ice cubes: yes
Type: Shortdrink
Product category: Liqueurs & Bitters Recipes

A Negroni falls quite clearly under the category of an aperitif. Due to its pronounced, dry bitterness and the relatively small, albeit strong alcoholic amount, it is very well suited for preparation and as an introduction to dinner. In addition, it does not leave too dominant a taste, so that even the amuse-gueule can be fully enjoyed.

Ingredients

  • 2 cl Gin triple Peal Yellow Label
  • 2 cl Rosalie
  • 2 cl red vermouth

Preparation

  1. Fill tumbler with enough ice cubes. to the brim.
  2. Pour gin and red vermouth one by one into the glass and stir gently with a spoon.
  3. Swirl an orange zest over the drink and add.
