A Negroni falls quite clearly under the category of an aperitif. Ingredients

2 cl Gin triple Peal Yellow Label
2 cl Rosalie
2 cl red vermouth

Preparation

Fill tumbler with enough ice cubes. to the brim.
Pour gin and red vermouth one by one into the glass and stir gently with a spoon.
Swirl an orange zest over the drink and add.
