Description

The basis of this wintry, aromatic, spicy liqueur is our honey grain spirit with regional honey. Homey feelings arise when enjoying it.

Sensory description
  • Already in the nose, the scent of roasted apples convinces - on the tongue, the liqueur then spreads its entire aromatic, spicy, strong roasted apple flavor.
Production
Fruit juice liqueurs are usually obtained by flavoring neutral alcohol, but in our distillery, we use our premium Honey.corn with local honey instead. Based on apple juice concentrate, our Honey.corn, and winter spices, this fruit juice liqueur is made. A liqueur must contain at least 100 grams of sugar per liter. We work with this minimum required sugar content to capture the incomparable taste of nature and preserve the original flavor.
