The Manhattan is an absolute classic. A real all-rounder that can be used on many occasions.

Ingredients

  • 5 cl whisky
  • 2 cl red vermouth
  • 2 dashes of Angastura bitters

Preparation

  1. This cocktail is stirred in the classic way. Pour whisky and vermouth into a mixing glass with two dashes of Angostura cocktail bitters.
  2. Stir well on plenty of ice and then pour into a cocktail glass.
  3. Finally, garnish with a Maraschino cherry.
