Production
The production of this stomach bitter is done through maceration and partial percolation with selected herbs, fruits, roots, and barks in neutral alcohol. During maceration, the herb mixture is infused in alcohol, extracting its flavor. During percolation, warm alcohol flows through the herb mixture - similar to filter coffee.
