A sour is probably the most grateful drink of all. It consists of only three ingredients. The combination of aromatic alcohol, lemon and sugar is the prototype of an excellent drink. Use our quince brandy to create an autumnal sour.

Ingredients

  • 6 cl quince brandy
  • 6 cl naturally cloudy apple juice
  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • 1 cl sugar syrup

Preparation

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker and add some ice.
  2. After shaking, strain into a glass with ice.
  3. Garnish with rosemary.
