    [herstellung] => Um den einzigartigen Geschmack dieses Obstbrands zu garantieren, werden Äpfel und Birnen im Gegensatz zum Obstler getrennt eingemaischt, vergoren und gebrannt. Die Destillation beider Sorten erfolgt traditionell im Rau- und Feinbrandverfahren. Diese aufwendige, doppelte Destillation in kleinen Kupferbrennblasen und die bedachtsame Abtrennung des „Herzstücks“ schonen die Aromen und führen zu einer natürliche Milde. Anders als beim einfachen Obstler, bei dem Äpfel und Birnen zusammen eingemaischt, vergoren und gebrannt werden, bringen wir die beiden Brände erst nach der Destillation wie bei einem Cuvée im optimalen Verhältnis zusammen. Aus ca. 11 kg Äpfel und Birnen wird so ein Liter Obstbrand hergestellt. Die Filterung erfolgt über Aktivkohle. Bei Abfüllung kommt ausschließlich Wasser zum Herabsetzen zum Einsatz. Der Brand wird weder gestreckt oder verschnitten, noch wird Aroma oder Zucker zugesetzt.

Unlike in simple Obstler, where apples and pears are mashed, fermented, and distilled together, we blend the two brandies in the optimal ratio after distillation, similar to a cuvée. Approximately 11 kg of apples and pears are used to produce one liter of fruit brandy. The filtration is done using activated charcoal. Only water is used to reduce the alcohol content during bottling. The brandy is neither diluted nor blended, and no flavorings or sugars are added.
