A sour is probably the most grateful drink of all. It consists of only three ingredients. The combination of aromatic alcohol, lemon and sugar is the prototype of an excellent drink. You can also create a Piekfeinen Sour from our Williams pear brandy.

Ingredients

  • 6 cl Williams pear brandy
  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • 3 cl sugar syrup

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in a shaker and add some ice.
  2. After shaking, strain into a glass with ice.
  3. Garnish with thin slices of pear and thyme.
