Ingredients

  • 4 cl Williams pear brandy
  • 100 ml pear juice
  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • 3 cl sugar syrup
  • Grenadine syrup

Preparation

  1. Pour ice cubes into a highball glass. Add pear juice and Williams and stir well with a long spoon.
  2. Fill up with tonic water. Add Grenadine drop by drop into the drink to create a nice flow.
  3. Carefully insert the lavender into the drink between the glass wall and the ice cube.
