Therefore, this liqueur made from our quince brandy d and highly aromatic fruit juice from quince is not only really good pure, but also as a noble aperitif sprayed with Prosecco, sparkling wine or wine for special moments.
Sensory description
- The quince liqueur has an intense, delicately spiced and fruity aroma. Its taste impresses with its mild fruitiness, well-balanced sweetness and spiciness. In the background, it is delicately bittersweet and leaves a pronounced and persistent quince flavor in the finish.
Production
Fruit juice liqueurs are usually obtained by flavoring neutral alcohol, but in our distillery, we use our premium Quince Brandy. Based on this brandy, quince juice concentrate, and sugar, this fruit juice liqueur is produced. A liqueur must contain at least 100 grams of sugar per liter. We work precisely with this minimum required sugar content to capture the incomparable taste of nature and preserve the original flavor.
