Description
The best of both worlds for those who want to enjoy beer in a different form. Beer liqueur is a liqueur that is reminiscent of the taste of beer. It usually has malt and/or hop tones or is made using beer or malt beer. For our beer liqueur, we use the freshly brewed craft beer "Irish Stout" from the Union Brewery in Bremen.
Unfortunately, Union Brewery has decided to stop producing The Irish Stout beer as bottled. Therefore, we will not produce the brandy from the Irish Stout beer again and thus also no longer the beer liqueur from the brandy.
Sensory description
- Our beer liqueur has a typical beer note in the nose, and on the palate it impresses with spicy malt flavors.
Production
The alcohol base of this beer liqueur is our beer brandy "Irish Stout" made from freshly brewed craft beer "Irish Stout". By adding hop and malt flavors and sugar, our beer liqueur is created.
