Gin and tonic is the most popular gin drink - the flavors sweet, sour and bitter provide the unique taste explosion.

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Gin Triple Peak yellow label
  • Tonic water

Preparation

  1. Fill long drink glass with enough ice cubes.
  2. Pour gin and tonic water one after the other into the glass and stir carefully with a straw or spoon.
  3. Garnish with a lemon zest.
The perfect mixing ratio between gin and tonic can vary greatly. While some mix gin and tonic in a 1:1 ratio, others prefer a more gentle blend of 1:4. The optimum is probably somewhere in the middle, at 1:3.
