The Cosmopolitan is a tart-sweet, refreshing cocktail whose recipe - based on the basic structure of a sour - consists of flavored vodka, orange liqueur, lime and cranberry juice.

Ingredients

  • 2 cl orange whisky liqueur
  • 4 cl vodka
  • 2 cl lime juice
  • 2 cl cranberry juice

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in a shaker and add some ice.
  2. After shaking, strain into a glass with ice. Strain Cosmopolitan into a chilled cocktail bowl.
  3. Garnish with a slice of lime.
