We replace the cassis liqueur with our rose vanilla liqueur and make the Kir Royale the Rose Royale spritzed with champagne or sparkling wine.

Ingredients

  • 1 cl rose vanilla liqueur
  • 10 cl champagne or sparkling wine
  • Rose petals

Preparation

  1. The Rose Royal is prepared directly in a large wine glass.
  2. To do this, pour the rose vanilla liqueur directly into the glass and top up with well chilled champagne.
  3. Garnish with rose petals
  4. Depending on your preference, the cocktail can be stirred to create an even taste, but many like the version where the liqueur remains at the bottom of the glass and the cocktail becomes a little sweeter with each sip.
