Pharisee reinterpreted! Looks like coffee with cream, but pleases under the hood with a decent shot of coffee liqueur and rum.

Ingredients

  • 2 cl coffee liqueur with single malt
  • 1 cl Alma Norte Spiced Spirit
  • 1,5 cl hot coffee
  • Whipped cream

Preparation

  1. Whip the cream and set aside. Pour cocoa powder with sugar, coffee liqueur and rum into a preheated punch glass.
  2. Pour hot coffee on top.
  3. Carefully spread whipped cream on top and dust with cocoa polish to taste.
