We produce our typical Hanseatic rum from selected sugar cane molasses from Guatemala - as a Spiced Spirit additionally refined with warming spices, dried fruits and natural aromas. An extraordinary recipe, which is a real Nordic pleasure not only on cold winter days.
Sensory description
- Our Spiced Spirit smells of vanilla and peach. In terms of taste, you can expect a fruity mix with a touch of rum pot.
Production
This spiced rum almost borders on a rum liqueur, but with less sugar. During production, we macerate our aromatic Alma Norte oro rum with tonka bean, vanilla, orange zest, and dried peach. Rounded off with a touch of sweetness, this creates a highly aromatic, complex golden spirit. The subsequent filtration is done through activated charcoal.
