Together with the team from "Made in Bremen" we took a closer look at the kale.
Fresh from the farmer, it was macerated in neutral alcohol and then gently distilled.
The result is a kale spirit with amazingly typical kale aromas.
Rounded off with other herb and vegetable spirits, the "Knall-Kohl" was created, a fine kale spirit with 38% alcohol content.
So if you're looking for a fine and unusual companion to a cabbage dinner, this is a good choice.
