- An intense aroma of warm cinnamon, fresh ginger and fine vanilla notes unfolds on the nose, accompanied by a light honey sweetness. On the palate, the liqueur is full-bodied and harmonious: the spicy sharpness of the ginger meets the comforting warmth of the cinnamon, embedded in the round, slightly caramelly sweetness of the rum. A hint of nutmeg and candied orange lends additional depth. The finish is long-lasting, spicy-warm and elegant with a pleasant aftertaste of exotic spices.
Production
This spicy rum liqueur impresses with the characterful spiciness of cinnamon and fresh ginger. To make it, we carefully macerate our Alma Norte Gold rum with cinnamon sticks and fresh ginger. Rounded off with a subtle sweetness, the result is a highly aromatic, complex and golden liqueur. It is then gently filtered through activated charcoal to guarantee maximum purity
