The mandarins for this special drop were hand-picked by friends in Sencelles on Mallorca and form the basis for a unique Mallorcan mandarin spirit.
This forms the basis for our tantalising mandarin cream liqueur. This combination of fruity mandarin flavours and velvety sweetness promises a unique taste experience.
Sensory description
- An intense aroma of ripe mandarin with fresh, slightly sweet citrus notes. Creamy and smooth on the palate, with distinct mandarin fruit and harmonious sweetness. A fruity, pleasantly creamy finish.
Production
The foundation of STARLET is our own mandarin spirit. We use aromatic mandarins from Mallorca, whose intense aroma and fruity character are captured in the distillate. Combined with cream, this creates a creamy mandarin-cream liqueur with a distinct fruity note.
