Production
Thymelime is created by combining several carefully produced individual distillates. The base consists of aromatic herbs, especially thyme and gentian, as well as lemongrass. These ingredients are distilled separately to optimally preserve their individual flavours and aromas. The distillates are then blended together in a precise mixing process. A fresh note of lemon rounds off the composition and gives the liqueur its light, fruity tang.
The result is a finely balanced aperitif liqueur that delights with its harmonious combination of herbs and citrus freshness.
