Everyone knows Aperol Spritz today - we have reinterpreted the classic. Our Aperó Rosalie makes the summer drink much more finesse.

Ingredients

  • 6 cl Rosalie
  • 8 cl sparkling wine or Prosecco
  • Soda water

Preparation

  1. Fill a large wine glass with enough ice cubes.
  2. Pour Rosalie and sparkling wine one after the other into the glass and stir carefully with a straw or spoon. Then top with soda to taste.
  3. Garnish with orange zest.
