The ingredients (citrus fruits, cinchona bark, ....) are individually macerated while fresh and then distilled (perculation) like a gin. The Ambition Tonic Water creates a wonderfully sparkling mouthfeel with its fresh, stronger perlage. The distilled aromas of citrus fruits combine with the subtle bitterness of the cinchona bark distillate to create a balanced and harmonious accompaniment to our delicious Triple Peak Brown Label with its coffee and nutty notes.
