This whisky glass was designed specifically for whisky drinking and is used by master blenders and connoisseurs from around the world for nosing and tasting whisky.
The Glencairn whiskey glass was designed by Raymond Davidson. The designer has oriented himself on the shape of the typical nosing glasses. Thus, this whiskey glass also has the shape of a tulip. Due to the taper of the drinking goblet, the aromas are bundled and do not escape so quickly from the whiskey glass. The wide goblet guarantees a full development of the whiskey flavors and you have an optimal view of the structure of the whiskey. Due to the short solid foot, the Glencairn glass lies well in the hand and a little of the hand heat is transferred to the whiskey in the glass. This also guarantees optimal flavor development. The Glencairn whiskey glass is shatterproof and dishwasher safe.
