This tart daiquiri is just right for long summer evenings.

Ingredients

  • 6 cl rum Alma Norte blanco
  • 3 cl fresh lime juice
  • 2 cl sugar syrup

Preparation

  1. Pour rum, lime juice and sugar syrup into a shaker and fill with ice cubes. Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  2. Pour the contents of the shaker through the bar strainer into the pre-chilled cocktail bowl.
  3. Garnish with lime zest.
